Personal security

People, items, and knowledge are all intricate elements in personal security. Many people have other people that assist in creating a high level of personal security. These individuals are usually body guards, Police Officers, or security guards.

Personal security items are often used to increase safety levels. These items include weapons and alarms. Weapons can be small enough to fit into a purse or pocket and alarms are often carried on a key chain.

The final element of personal security is knowledge. Knowledge often comes in the form of classes or instruction. This instruction may me a class in martial arts or self defense.
